Waste Reduction Summer Program

During the summer months EcoSource works with community partners to explore the topics of waste and the environment with Mississauga's children and youth. Our summer programs are updated yearly and offer dynamic and innovative waste education in Mississauga's public libraries, summer camps, and community gardens.

Like our In-School Workshops, the Summer Program works to move beyond the 3 R's, challenging students to critically explore local waste topics while envisioning active solutions. Summer Programs are participatory, fun events and workshops that offer children and youth the opportunity to make their voices heard on waste-related environmental topics within their communities.
