2011 Environmental Youth-Adult Partnerships Symposium

EcoSource and PEYA invites youth-adult teams from Ontario organizations interested in enhancing their youth-adult relationships for positive environmental change to the EYAP Provincial Symposium at Pretty River Academy in Collingwood on April 2-3, 2011!

Why?
To inspire the growth and development of youth-adult partnerships for the purpose of increasing innovative solutions to environmental challenges in our communities.

Who?
Youth-adult teams from Ontario organizations looking to enhance their youth-adult relationships to generate positive environmental change! To attend, we ask that you be currently working on an environmental project or initiative and that any adult from your organization attend with a minimum of one youth participant who is involved in the project.

How?

• Tips and techniques to enhance youth-adult partnerships in home communities or organizations
• Action Planning session to ensure a solid base for youth-adult partnerships in your home communities or organizations
• Fun social time with your peers in action from across the province! Movie night, drama, and lots of breaks to socialize! See the list of participating organizations you will meet.
• Interactive workshops on the following themes:

  • Establishing a Successful Youth Network - Peel Environmental Youth Alliance
